M7 acts as third-party asset manager to manage portfolios for institutional, family office and HNW investors.

We are partnered with industry leaders, including M&G in the UK and have a number of other UK mandates managing a range of portfolios.  We are appointed by Allianz in Croatia to manage Croatian real estate, a Middle Eastern investor to manage various UK assets and a US institutional investor to manage the work out of a portfolio of light industrial, land and logistics assets in various European countries including the UK. Previously, we managed a portfolio of logistics and light industrial assets for MIRA in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In addition, we have partnered with Mileway in the UK, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden and Colony and Tristan Capital Partners in the UK.
