Advisory

M7 advises third parties on strategies for existing assets and targeted acquisitions.

We provide our expertise on an advisory basis, in particular, advising on the due diligence aspects of portfolio acquisitions. This is a natural expansion of M7’s business and provides M7’s investors with access to our wealth of experience.

M7 also provides real estate due diligence advice on European non-performing loan transactions.

We were brought in to advise a major US investor on a large German industrial acquisition and an Asian investor on taking a position in a UK logistics portfolio. We also advise a number of Croatian banks, insurance companies and pension funds on their existing portfolio strategies as well their intentions to invest into real estate.
